KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Men's Golf team finished in first place at the Abilene Intercollegiate, hosted by Hardin-Simmons University.
The Mountaineers traveled to Abilene, Texas, to compete in the Abilene Intercollegiate, hosted by Hardin-Simmons University at the Diamondback Golf Course.
As a team, Schreiner Men's Golf finished in 1st place with a total two-round team score of 565 (291, 274).

At the individual level, one Mountaineer shined above the rest, as graduate transfer, Drew Hermesmeyer also took home first place in the tournament at the individual level with a total two-round score of 137 (73, 64).
