KERRVILLE, Texas -- With a win over the Tigers of Trinity University, the Mountaineers claim the regular season title and top seed in the SCAC Championship Tournament!
The game went back and forth between the Tigers, and was close on multiple occasions, but the Mountaineers were able to pull away and take the win for the night.
Seniors, Christian Cantu, Andrew Logan, Luis Mancillas, Blake Kelley, and Keenan Gumbs were recognized after the game for their dedication to the Schreiner Men's Basketball program.
The Mountaineers will be at Trinity for their last game of the regular season on Saturday at 7 PM! The game will be broadcasted on KCWX (Time Warner Cable: channel 4 and Dish/Direct TV: channel 2)!
