The Western Equestrian Team officially competed at their very first IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Show Association) horse show in Gainesville, Texas on Saturday, September 29th and Sunday, September 30th. The team competed against North Central Texas College, Texas Tech University, West Texas A &M University, University of Tennessee - Knoxville, Tarleton, Southern Nazarene University, Oklahoma Panhandle State University, and University of North Texas.  The girls did an awesome job competing at their first IHSA show and we were very pleased with their results. On Saturday: Jacey Hall(placed 6th), Morgan Wolbrueck (placed 6th), and Emily Sims (placed 3rd) in a very competitive Beginner Western Horsemanship Class. Faith Hanacek took home a 5th place finish in her Novice Western Horsemanship class.
