Cynthia “Cindy” Becker, originally from Houston, Texas, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role at Schreiner University. A graduate of Schreiner University with a BBA, Cindy’s career in the hunting and shooting industry spans several decades. She first joined Schreiner in 2010 as the Executive Assistant to the President, and quickly became a valuable member of the athletic department. From 2012 to 2019, Cindy volunteered as the Coach of the Shotgun Team, later taking on the role of Director of Varsity Programs in 2017. By 2019, she was promoted to Associate Athletic Director, where she continues to lead with dedication and expertise.

In addition to her professional achievements, Cindy is passionate about the outdoors, especially hunting and shooting, which have been lifelong interests. She is also proud of her daughter, a graduate of Schreiner University, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Cindy's love for sports, combined with her experience in both administration and coaching, has made her an integral part of the Schreiner community.
