Mac Christensen hails from Grapevine, Texas, and brings a wealth of experience in both coaching and sports administration. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Wellness Management from Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University) before pursuing a Master of Education in Sports Administration from Midwestern State University.

Mac’s professional journey includes various roles such as Assistant Coach at the University of Houston-Victoria from 2018 to 2024, Softball Coordinator for Softball Western Australia from 2015 to 2016, and Graduate Assistant at Midwestern State University from 2013 to 2015. These positions have honed her skills in coaching, recruitment, and sports program management.

Outside of work, Mac enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Rocco, whether they’re hiking, camping, or enjoying a swim together. She is also passionate about building and refurbishing furniture, often diving into home renovation projects.
