KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Women's Cross Country team traveled to Georgetown, Texas, to compete in the SU Showdown, hosted by Southwestern University.
The Mountaineers did not field a large enough team to place in the 6K event at the team level. However, on the individual level, the highest finisher for Schreiner was sophomore, Malanie Gonzales, who finished in 47th place with a time of 30:37.9.
