KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Men's Cross Country team traveled to Georgetown, Texas, to compete in the SU Showdown, hosted by Southwestern University.
As a team, the Mountaineers finished in 9th place in the 8K event with a total team time of 2:56:27.
On the individual level, the highest finish by Schreiner in the 8K was freshman, Ruben Medrano, who finished in 43rd place with a time of 31:06.1.
