Men's Soccer Defeats University of Dallas 3-2

KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Men's Soccer team won their conference match against the University of Dallas this afternoon 3-2.

It was another strong showing for the Mountaineers out in Irving, Texas, as the Schreiner Men's Soccer team closed out their weekend road trip with another conference win. 

This time, it would be the Mountaineer defenders who would be the stars of the show, with all three goals being scored by the Schreiner back-line defenders. Starting things off was junior, Mason Lubbe, who scored in the the 16th minute of the match off an assist from Iseah Hernandez. Then, senior, Frankie Menchaca, got in on the action with a goal scored in the 47th minute off of another assist from Hernandez. Finally, senior, Josh Newlin, closed things out with a goal scored in the 52nd minute off an assist from Dylan Blough.

Up next, the Mountaineers will return home to continue their conference play with a match against Trinity University on October 15th, at 2:00 PM.
