
KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Women's Basketball team lost their game against Trinity University last night 75-122.
The Mountaineers traveled to San Antonio, Texas, yesterday evening to take on the Tigers from Trinity University. Unfortunately, Schreiner fell short in the matchup and were unable to keep pace with the Tigers as the game progressed.
Leading the offensive effort for the Mountaineers was Demauria Miles who finished with 20 points (her second 20+ point performance of the season), 5 rebounds, and 2 assists. Also contributing was Andrea Salazar (10 PTS), Elisa Peralta (10 PTS, 5 REB, 3 AST, 3 STL), and Gabby Ivarra (8 PTS, 5 REB, 2 AST, 2 STL, 1 BLK).
Up next, the Mountaineers will remain on the road as they head to Irvine, Texas, to take on the University of Dallas.
