
KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Men's Basketball team won their game against Centenary College this afternoon 90-74.
The Mountaineers finished the weekend 2-0 after traveling to Shreveport, Louisiana, and defeating Centenary College on the road. Schreiner finished with a 53.7 FG% and a 84.6 FT%, leading to their fourth 90+ point scoring performance of the season.
Leading the way for the Mountaineers was Kamden Ross, as he recorded his eighth double-double of the season (16 PTS, 12 REB). Also contributing was Jalen Ned (17 PTS, 8 REB), Darian Gibson (17 PTS, 4 REB, 2 AST), Alex Dehoyos (13 PTS, 7 REB, 5 AST), and Beau Cervantes (10 PTS, 3 AST, 2 STL).
Up next, the Mountaineers will return home for a rematch against Centenary College.
