"Croson brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the program, specializing in goalkeeper development and competitive team leadership.
From 2022–2025, Croson served as the Director of Goalkeeping for SG1 Soccer Club, where she also coached as the USC Boys Competitive Head Coach. In these roles, Croson oversaw the development of goalkeepers across multiple age groups and guided competitive teams with a strong emphasis on technical growth, tactical awareness, and mental preparation.
As a player, Croson competed at the University of the Incarnate Word (2017–2021), playing NCAA Division I soccer as a goalkeeper. During her collegiate career, Croson earned recognition as the 2019 Southland Conference Goalkeeper, while also standing out as a 2017 6A High School First Team All-State Goalkeeper before beginning college play.
Croson has combined practical experience with academic excellence, holding advanced degrees in sports management and soccer coaching. She earned an MBA in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), a BBA in Sports Management from UIW, and a Master’s in Soccer Coaching from Ohio University. In addition, Croson holds multiple prestigious coaching licenses, including the USSF “B” License, the United Soccer Coaches (USC) Premier Diploma, and the USC Advanced Goalkeeper Diploma.
With a background as both a decorated player and a dedicated coach, Croson continues to inspire athletes through a commitment to excellence, leadership, and player development."
