Born and raised in San Antonio, Bishop began playing soccer at the age of 4. Excelling both in the club soccer environment as well as starting for his high school team at John Jay. Bishop then played 4 years at the collegiate level as a starter at Schreiner University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Biology.
Bishop began his coaching career with Hill Country Crush Academy in Kerrville and as a member of the coaching staff at Texas A&M soccer summer camps, before joining Boerne as a Select and Academy coach, as well as Schreiner University as an assistant Men's Soccer coach in 2022.
