KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Men's Tennis team won their neutral site match against Hampden-Sydney College 8-1.
The Mountaineers traveled to Orlando, Florida, for their neutral site match against the Tigers from Hampden-Sydney College.
Schreiner men's Tennis kept their weekend winning streak alive as they cruised past the Tigers in route to a 8-1 victory.
Picking up points in the win for Schreiner was Carson Kirk who won his #1 Singles match (7-6, 6-1), Dennis Miller who won his #2 Singles match (6-3, 6-4), Austin Cervantes who won his #3 Singles match (6-0, 4-6, 13-11), Max Schechter who won his #4 Singles match (6-1, 4-6, 1-0(10-5)), Johnathan Barragan who won his #5 Singles match (6-1, 6-2), Mario Gallinar who won his #6 Singles match (6-2, 4-6, 1-0(10-8)), Carson Kirk & Austin Cervantes who won their #1 Doubles match (8-5), and Max Schechter & Johnathan Barragan who won their #3 Doubles match (8-6).
