KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Men's Wrestling team won their Tri-Dual after defeating Jarvis Christian College 57-0, and Texas Wesleyan University 32-18.
The Mountaineers saw a great couple of wins of the weekend before they head off for break. Schreiner opened up the Tri-dual by defeating Jarvis Christian College 57-0.
- Esteban Duran (SCH) won by decision over Cedric Abney (JCC)
- Austin Hartmangruber (SCH) won by technical fall over Rudy O Campo (JCC)
- Robert Hernandez (SCH) finished out the dual with win by pin over Charles Bouvay (JCC)
Schreiner then followed that dual by defeating Texas Wesleyan University 32-18
- Jayden Bustillos (SCH) won by decision over Kyle Lairson (TWU)
- Naikoa Simao (SCH) upsets returning ALL-American Austin Loza (TWU)
- Dominique Quiroz (SCH) won by pin
- Austin Hartmangruber (SCH) won by decision over Bryce Milster (TWU)
- Austin Cooley (SCH) won by fall
- Robert Hernandez (SCH) won by fall over Kadence Baker (TWU)
