KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Women's Wrestling team won their dual against Texas A&M University this weekend 6-0.
It was Senior Day for the Women's Wrestling team on Sunday as they celebrated their two seniors, Alina Kinsey and Serena Cervantes. Due to Texas A&M University only having one wrestler able to compete on their Women's team, it was Alina Kinsey who got the matchup for Schreiner University.
Kinsey came out strong on the offensive and immediately got her opponent down on to the mat. After that, it was a quick match as Kinsey immediately went for and succefully got a pin on her opponent. Winning the match and the dual for the Mountaineers 6-0.
