LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Schreiner University Women's Soccer team was recognized for their dedication to academics as well as athletics as they were selected as one of the eleven Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's and women's soccer programs to be named to the 2017-2018 United Soccer Coaches All-Academic team. 

Three SCAC schools, Austin College, Southwestern and Trinity, received honors for both programs while Schreiner, Texas Lutheran and Centenary were recognized on the women's side and Colorado College and Dallas on the men's.

In total, 778 programs (291 men's and 487 women's) were honored by the USC for posting a team grade point aveage of 3.0 or higher. Of that totals, 195 schools earned honors for both their men's and women's squads.
