KERRVILLE, TX: The Mountaineer Men's Wrestling teams competed at both the Younes Hospitality Open hosted by the University of Nebraska Kearny and the UHD Tri hosted by the University of Houston Downtown.

YOUNES HOSPITALITY OPEN RESULTS

TiRyek West highlighted the Younes Hospitality Open by making the final match of the tournament finishing second. Isiah Brown went 5-1 on the day finishing in sixth place. Other notable performances were Naikoa Simao, Jhael Jose, and Jonathan Kellogg who all went 2-2 on the day. Isaac Stalcup and James Yarbro also had victories in the meet. This is best performance the Mountaineers have had at a tournament of this caliber. 

UHD TRI RESULTS

Members of the Maroon and Silver Men's Wrestling team competed in and won the UHD Tri at the University of Houston Downtown. The Mountaineers had victories over both Richalnd College (41-18) and UHD (53-12).
