KERRVILLE, TEXAS: The Mountaineers hosted Concordia on Monday evening. The teams went into overtime tied 65-65, before the Tornados earned a 79-73 win against Schreiner. The 2018 Faculty Athletic Mentors were recognized during half-time of the game.

SCORING: Junior, Kayla Alvarado had a career high while also being the leading scorer for the Mountaineers with 19 total points. Freshman, Gabby Ivarra also had a career high with 15 points. Schreiner is now 0-8 on the season. The Tornados and Mountaineers went to overtime before Concordia won 79-73.
