Devan Pilarski is in his first season as the Head Coach and third season at Schreiner University. Coach Pilarski was named Head Coach on June 1^st, 2021. Prior to becoming the Head Coach, Coach Pilarski was the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach for two years.

Prior to Schreiner University Coach Pilarski spent one year as a Head Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Club Soccer programs at CU Denver. At CU Denver Coach Pilarski was able to bring both teams to a .500 season. While in Colorado, Coach Pilarski spent three years working for Volleyball of the Rockies as a League Manager/Assistant Manager.

A native of Wolcott, Connecticut, Pilarski graduated from Southern Connecticut State University, in New Haven Connecticut, in 2015 with a B.A. in Sport Management. Shortly after graduation he went on and had an internship with Athletics at Yale University.
