KERRVILLE, TX: The Mountaineer Men's Basketball team opened up the SCAC Championships with a 75-54 victory over Trinity University to advance to the semi-finals Saturday at noon. Chase Pinter led all scorers with 16 points, Alex Dehoyos scored 13 and Matthew Rindahl added 12 points. Schreiner beat Trinity for the third time in nine days.
