LYNCHBURG, VA: The Mountaineer Women's Wrestling team claimed the first ever NCWA Women's Nationals Duals Title over the weekend after taking two out of three matches against #1 Liberty College. Out of 50 plus team in the NWCA association the Mountaineers were ranked 2nd and went on to beat #1 Liberty and #3 Springfield Tech while also getting wins against Apprentice College and the University of Toledo.

(2) SU 39- (1) Liberty 12
(2) SU 48- (1) Liberty 6
(2) SU 45 -(3) Springfield Tech 12

Upcoming: Women's Wrestling will tavel to Atlanta, GA on Saturday, February 8th to compete in the WCWA Nationals.
