ALPINE, TX: The Mountaineer Women's Basketball team earned their first win of the year with an 67-56 victory over Sul Ross on Saturday afternoon in Alpine. Freshman point guard Zahra Cross scored double digits points, 17, for the second game in a row to lead the Mountaineers.
