SEGUIN, TX: The Mountaineers were the #6 seed going into the 2018-19 SCAC Women's Basketball Conference Tournament. Schreiner fell to the #3 seed, the TLU Bulldogs in their quarterfinal matchup 41-66 on Friday afternoon.
SCORING: Freshman, Gabby Ivarra contributed 8 rebounds. Freshman, Yasmine Arogunjo added nine points for the Mountaineers, while sophomore, Sydney Williams contributed seven points and six rebounds for the Mountaineers. Schreiner shot 26% from the field and 27% from three-point range. With this loss, the Mountaineers finish their season 6-20.
