IRVING, TX: The Women's Basketball team traveled to Irving, Texas on Saturday afternoon for a conference game against Dallas. The Mountaineers defeated the Crusaders 68-45.
SCORING: Freshman, Yasmine Arogunjo contributed 17 points for the Mountaineers. Sophomore, Sydney Williams added 16 points and 6 rebounds for Schreiner. Miranda Vallejo added 14 points and Gabby Ivarra had 10 rebounds for the Mountaineers. Schreiner shot 48% from the field and 31% from three-point range. The Mountaineers are now 5-18 this season and are 5-9 in the SCAC.
