LAWRENCEVILLE, GA.: The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced its Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll today for the 2018 fall term. A total of 40 Mountaineers from Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, and Volleyball were among the 378 student-athletes who made the list.
KERRVILLE, TEXAS: During half-time of the Women's Basketball game on Monday, the Athletic Department recognized the first ever group of Athletics Faculty Mentors. This program is designed to increase connections between faculty and student-athletes through communication, mentoring, familiarity and shared experiences.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO - The Mountaineers traveled to Colorado Springs for their final conference match-up of the season on Sunday afternoon. The Tigers earned a 4-0 victory against Schreiner.
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS: Schreiner traveled to San Antonio for a conference match-up on Friday eveing. The #6 ranked Tigers earned an 8-1 win over the Mountaineers.
KERRVILLE, TEXAS: The Mountaineers hosted the University of Dallas on Friday afternoon. The Crusaders won in double overtime 3-2. Schreiner also recognized their three seniors prior to the start of the game.
SEGUIN, TEXAS - The Mountaineers traveled to Seguin, Texas on Friday evening for a conference match-up against Texas Lutheran. The Bulldogs scored in the second overtime to win the game 2-1.
SHERMAN, TEXAS - The Mountaineers traveled to Sherman, Texas for a conference match-up against Austin College on Sunday afternoon. The Men's Soccer team fell the the Roos 0-3.
The Mountaineers matched up against the Centenary Gents on Friday afternoon, and with 46 seconds left, Trey Brittenum scored his second goal of the game to lead the Mountaineers to a 2-1 win.
Before conference play begins on Sunday for the Mountaineers, the team earned a 2-0 win over the Sul Ross Lobos. Junior, Trey Brittenum scored the first goal of the game, which was followed by freshman, Kevin Escalera's first collegiate goal.
The student-athletes kicked off the year with the first ever SAAC Mountaineer Lip Sync Battle. Teams came to compete for the best performance and Men's Soccer walked away with the trophy.
