KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Men's and Women's Basketball team's host their annual Maroon Madness Event on Monday, October 28th. Maroon Madness celebrates the start of the college basketball season. The Mountaineer Men's and Women's Basketball teams are each coming off appearances in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament last year.
Maroon Madness will be held in the Event Center. Doors open at 7 PM Monday night and the action begins at 7:30 PM. The event will feature team introductions, a 3-point contest, a dunk contest, a skills challenge, raffles, giveaways, and more.
Schreiner University's Band and Cheerleading team will also perform during the event.
