KERRVILLE, Texas: The Men's Basketball hosted McMurry for a non-conference game on Friday afternoon. With 19 points from Chase Pinter, 17 from Ellis Jones and a double-double from Paul Wells, the Mountaineers won 84-73 against the Warhawks.
SCORING: Sophomore, Chase Pinter was the leading scorer for the Mountaineers with 19 point. Teammate, Ellis Jones contributed 17 points, and junior, Paul Wells earned the only double-double for the team with 12 points and 13 rebounds. Schreiner was 32-65 in the field, and 11-22 from three-point range. The Mountaineers are now 4-6 on the season and 0-1 in the SCAC.

UP NEXT: The team will continue their season after the Christmas holiday with conference play in Colorado, first on December 29th against Johnson & Wales (CO.) in Denver, Colorado at 4:00 PM followed by Colorado College on Sunday at 4:00 PM.
