In an announcement made by the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference on Tuesday, January 30th, Schreiner University Athletics received 52 student-athletes named to the SCAC Fall 2023 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA.: The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced its Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll today for the 2018 fall term. A total of 40 Mountaineers from Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, and Volleyball were among the 378 student-athletes who made the list.

KERRVILLE, TEXAS: During half-time of the Women's Basketball game on Monday, the Athletic Department recognized the first ever group of Athletics Faculty Mentors. This program is designed to increase connections between faculty and student-athletes through communication, mentoring, familiarity and shared experiences.

KERRVILLE, TEXAS - Schreiner University hosted the 2018 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship on campus on Saturday morning. There were eight teams of the SCAC that competed in the event.

ABILENE, TEXAS: The Mountaineers traveled to the Bill Libby Invitational hosted by McMurry University on Saturday morning. The team finished eighth overall. 

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS: The Mountaineers traveled to the Windcrest Golf Club to compete at the University of Incarnate Word Invitational on Saturday morning.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - The Mountaineers competed at the OLLU Cross Country Collegiate Invitational on Saturday Morning.

The Mountaineers placed fourth at the TLU Collegiate Invitational on Saturday morning. Freshman, Sarah Endres placed 12th overall.

The Women's Cross Country team placed fifth overall at the OLLU Collegiate Invitational at the Mission De Lago Golf Course in San Antonio. Freshman, Sarah Endres placed 28th overall with a time of 23:45.6.

Due to confusion with the course, the team results of the Women's Event were voided when 31 of 34 compeititors missed a turn and raced a course too short.
